On Location
On-location Equine Therapy Services
We offer an incredibly unique service in which our therapy horses are transported to specific locations to bring our Equine Therapy Services to those no longer mobile, such as nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, cancer treatment centers, special needs events, hospice care facilities, etc.
Therapy Horse Entering Facilities
We also have a uniquely and incredibly trained therapy horse that enters facilities, reaching those who can no longer leave their bed/room. This is an extremely rare service in Equine Touch Therapy, and we are so proud to be one of the very few who offer this tremendous gift to our special clients.
Activities can include:
- rare interaction with the therapy horse
- hands-on time with the horses
- grooming
- bonding, quiet time
Equine Therapy Services Farm Sessions
Experience our services on our farm. We are located at A Lil Bit of Heaven Stables, the home of founder Kelly Cox Vicari, on 20 acres in the beautiful town of Folsom, LA. The grounds are an old-fashioned southern setting, allowing the clients to have a calm and extremely peaceful, retreat-like experience.
Activities can include:
- Horse introductions

- Grooming & Haltering
- Bonding, Reflective Time
- Leading
- Assisting Exercise
- Obstacle Course
