Who We Serve
The sole purpose of this beautiful form of therapy is to assist healing in the present moment. We are proud to reach so many in need of feeling comfort, trust, healing and resiliency.
Therapy Services
We are a Non-riding Program, offering Private, Group and On Location Sessions.We bring Alternative Equine Therapy to those who are no longer mobile, such as, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, cancer treatment centers, special needs events, hospice care facilities, etc.
How it all Began…
After caring for her mother, who suffered with Alzheimer’s for over 13 years, and being an avid, lifelong horsewoman, the founder decided to combine the two and create this unique Alternative Equine Therapy designed to reach others in the present moment.

We are located at, A Lil Bit of Heaven Stables, the home of founder, Kelly Cox Vicari, on 20 acres in the beautiful town of Folsom, LA. The grounds are that of an old-fashioned, southern setting, allowing the clients to have a calm and extremely peaceful, retreat-like experience.
